When you are faced with a dental emergency, you want to know that you have an effective, responsive dental team on your side. That is why our O’Fallon dentists are here! We provide the emergency care you need to get your smile back on track. Read more about the treatments and technologies we use…

Composite Resin Bonding

Composite resin—a material made from the combination of plastic compounds and ceramic compounds—offers a welcome alternative to traditional amalgam fillings. This dental material is strong, durable, and completely customizable. Plus, unlike amalgam, composite resin is not heat-reactive, so it doesn’t put unnecessary strain on your tooth structure.

We use composite resin in a number of ways, including:

  • Repairing cracked or chipped teeth
  • Resurfacing stained or dental enamel
  • Closing spaces between teeth
  • Lengthening disproportionately short or worn down enamel
  • Building out specific teeth to make your smile look better aligned

One thing that patients love about composite resin treatment is that the entire treatment process takes just one appointment to deliver full results.

Porcelain Restorations

Porcelain is considered to be a gold-standard restorative dental material because it is impressively durable and it looks just like natural enamel. Both restorative crowns, as well as wafer-thin aesthetic veneers are crafted from porcelain.

In order to get porcelain restorations, you really only need to schedule two or three appointments. In this period of time we’re able to design, fit, refine, and permanently place your custom porcelain restorations. Once they’re in place, porcelain restorations can last for decades before they need to be replaced.

Gum Tissue Treatment

If you have uneven or irregular gum tissue, or if your gums have recently been damaged, you may benefit from gum tissue refinement. Our team is able to finesse and shape your gums so that your oral tissues frame your teeth in a way that is appealing and healthy.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to our O’Fallon dentists if you are dealing with a dental infection or injury. We are here for you!
