I am someone who hadn’t seen a dentist in decades. I had several traumatic experiences as a child and adult. It took me a year to make the appointment after I found O’Fallon Dental. From the initial call to schedule the consultation to the most recent appointment to complete the work, I have experienced great care and understanding by the office staff, the dental hygienists, and Dr. Kratz. The treatment I received far excited the treatment I received in the past. I received a complete treatment plan with expected costs to my insurance company and for me–no surprises. They made sure I was comfortable throughout all of the procedures. At the most recent appointment when I was experiencing what felt like a stabbing pain, Dr. Kratz stopped what he was doing so he could administer more Novocain to the immediate area. I didn’t experience any additional discomfort and he was able to complete the procedure. The aftercare instructions they provided were very thorough. I still have more work to be done but my insurance has maxed out so I’m waiting until after the first of the year. In the meantime, I’m back on track to seeing the dentist twice a year for preventative care. I would recommend O’Fallon Dental to anyone who’s looking for a dentist. UPDATE: I continue to have AMAZING treatment from this dental group. I’ve started the final phase of my dental plan and could not be more pleased. I even received a phone call today checking to make sure I was feeling okay and that I wasn’t having any issues. I would recommend this dental group to anyone who needs a new dentist or has had a bad dental experience in the past. MORE: Dr. Kratz has left the practice by Dr. Nick is just as capable. If you live in the St. Charles/St. Peters/O’Fallon area, you need to make an appointment with this dental group. Everyone is very professional and take excellent care of all of their patients. I even convinced my husband to go to them and he couldn’t be more pleased either.
