I would definitely recommend O’Fallon Dental. I have always been fearful of going to the dentist and have been putting it off. This is no longer an issue because of the people in this office. Everyone from the people who make your appointments, to the dentists, care about how you feel. My most recent visit was with Dr. NGO, he is new to the office, and was also concerned about my pain. I had a tooth pulled and began the process of getting an implant. NO PAIN at all. I have several more visits ahead of me, and would not even consider canceling. Michi Clayton was fantastic as well. She was the first person I saw. While she was getting me ready for the dentist, she commented to not “tuff it out” let us help. The same message was stressed by Dr. Ngo. I also got a call the next day to make sure I was ok and did I have any questions. My fear of the dentist is slowly starting to disappear!!

I have been a patient here for almost a year now. I chose them after having a number of previous dentists who only provided subpar work and patient care. A large amount of the work done by the previous dentists has resulted in Dr. Brace having to correct their work or in the case of one tooth he had to completely remove it. Many years ago I had to have a root canal done on a molar and after the procedure I thought everything was then fine, however a few years later the tooth abscessed as the dentist that did the root canal did not remove all of the roots in the tooth. This resulted in an emergency extraction by my periodontist who was Dr. Hoppin at the time who was also amazing. However he is no longer in practice. Unfortunately during the procedure he could not get me numb to no fault of his own. This was an absolutely traumatizing experience for me, it was a four hour procedure in which I felt absolutely everything. After this I was absolutely terrified to go back to the dentist and didn’t for a couple years much to my regret. Finally this year I worked up the nerve to finally visit the dentist again and chose Dr. Brace and his practice. They have been absolutely amazing. I would definitely agree that they do everything to minimize the anxiety during your appointment, and as such I have not had any negative experiences. All of the staff I have interacted with are an absolute delight, off the top of my mind comes Sarah, Michi, Dr. Brace, and others as well. I would 100% recommend you to schedule your appointment here you will definitely not regret it. Hope you have a great day!

I was scheduled for a root canal today. They had previously thoroughly discussed my insurance coverage for the procedure, so I knew the exact cost beforehand. They were also able to work with me to delay some work until 2025, when my insurance will be in place for a year, so that it would then be covered. They started my procedure exactly on time. Sometimes getting the lidocaine injection hurts, but I barely felt it today. The procedure was painless (although you can “feel” some pressure). They explained what they needed me to do, or what they were doing. They inquired numerous times if I was okay, or if I needed to take a break during the procedure. I felt that they worked quickly and gently. I was not afraid or anxious. They had instructed me what to do if I needed them to stop. The dentist, dental assistant and dental receptionists were all professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I have no problems or complaints at all about this practice. The office is very clean. Everyone is friendly. My eyes were protected while they were working on me. The temperature in the exam room was acceptable. I didn’t mind the ambient music playing in the background. Parking is very near to the entrance of the office. There are no stairs to climb. This dental office is the best! My first visit was about 2 years ago when I came here for a second opinion. Dr Brace couldn’t find anything wrong with the tooth in question. Wish I had found this office a long time again. Everyone is super friendly and care is great. I was afraid of the thought of an implant but much to my surprise, there is minimal discomfort. Now, I have four! Today Dr Brace and Lauren finished up an implant with a crown. Lauren is so knowledgeable and got everything done so that Dr Brace could just slip the crown on with a perfect fit! Great team!!

I am someone who hadn’t seen a dentist in decades. I had several traumatic experiences as a child and adult. It took me a year to make the appointment after I found O’Fallon Dental. From the initial call to schedule the consultation to the most recent appointment to complete the work, I have experienced great care and understanding by the office staff, the dental hygienists, and Dr. Kratz. The treatment I received far excited the treatment I received in the past. I received a complete treatment plan with expected costs to my insurance company and for me–no surprises. They made sure I was comfortable throughout all of the procedures. At the most recent appointment when I was experiencing what felt like a stabbing pain, Dr. Kratz stopped what he was doing so he could administer more Novocain to the immediate area. I didn’t experience any additional discomfort and he was able to complete the procedure. The aftercare instructions they provided were very thorough. I still have more work to be done but my insurance has maxed out so I’m waiting until after the first of the year. In the meantime, I’m back on track to seeing the dentist twice a year for preventative care. I would recommend O’Fallon Dental to anyone who’s looking for a dentist. UPDATE: I continue to have AMAZING treatment from this dental group. I’ve started the final phase of my dental plan and could not be more pleased. I even received a phone call today checking to make sure I was feeling okay and that I wasn’t having any issues. I would recommend this dental group to anyone who needs a new dentist or has had a bad dental experience in the past.
